The Chinese ranking of "Shanghai" for 2021 was announced, and Mansoura University not only ranked 801: 900 but also topped the first places among Egyptian universities, as shown below:

- Clinical medicine: 1st place in Egypt, and the 201: 300 globally
- Public Health: 1st place in Egypt, and 201-300 globally
- Dentistry & Oral Sciences: 1st place in Egypt, and 201-300 globally
- Medical Technology: 1st place in Egypt, and the 201-300 center globally
- Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences: 2nd place in Egypt, and 201-300 globally
LIFE SCIENCES:
- Veterinary Sciences: 1st place in Egypt, and 101: 150 globally
- Agricultural SCIENCES: 3rd place in Egypt, and 401: 500 globally
NATURAL SCIENCES:
- Mathematics: 2nd place in Egypt, and 301-400 globally
ENGINEERING SCIENCES:
- Computer Science and Engineering: 2nd place in Egypt and 401: 500 globally
It is worth noting that Mansoura University's included 2 new majors for the first time this year in the Shanghai classification
