The 5th international scientific nursing conference

Faculty of Nursing Mansoura University organized the fifth conference under the title of "the road map for health care and nursing 2030"،

The activities of the conference began with a panel discussion entitled "The role of state institutions in achieving sustainable development strategy", Egypt Vision 2030 in the field of health system and medical care in Egypt.

Prof. Ashraf Sewelam, Vice President for Post Graduate Studies and Research, pointed out that we must pay attention to scientific research and innovation and include the axis of knowledge, innovation and scientific research. He also explained how to develop the scientific research system in the field of health care in general and in nursing. In particular to achieve the objectives of this axis.

Dr. Amina Al-Nemer, Dean of the College of Nursing, said that every citizen has the right to enjoy a safe and healthy life by providing a quality healthcare system and by developing and strengthening the educational programs of the graduate of the Faculty of Nursing in light of the strategy of sustainable development.

Dr. Farha El-Shennawi, Professor of Clinical Pathology and Rapporteur of the National Council for Women, said that Egyptian women constitute the largest proportion of the nursing profession in Egypt. She also explained the role played by the National Council to provide integrated health care for Egyptian women in light of the National Strategy for the Empowerment of Women 2030, Economic and political empowerment.

The Egyptian woman is a multi-tasked woman, whether in work or home, said Prof. Magda Nasr, the previous vice-president of Mansoura University for post graduate research, She also explained how the Council of Representatives provided full protection to Egyptian women and whether we help the Egyptian woman to obtain all her entitlement in light of the strategy of sustainable development, the vision of Egypt 2030.

Dr. Saad Mekki, for his part, undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Dakahlia Governorate, pointed out that linking the axis of health to the scientific research axis is necessary within the strategy of sustainable development. The vision of Egypt 2030 is very important. He also pointed out how coordination between the Ministry of Health and the College of Nursing in the field of training and For patients.

Dr. Mohamed Al-Shouri, member of the Health Committee of the House of Representatives as a member of the legislative authority, pointed to our needs of new legislation, laws and regulations that contribute to improving the quality of the health system and the quality of life of health care providers in Egypt.

He also participated in the conference's activities more than 100 researchers to publish their research papers in addition to the presence of about 500 researchers for scientific workshops at the conference.
