Designed to cultivate cross-cultural collaboration, professional development, and lasting partnerships, the PFP empowers leaders working at the forefront of public service and community innovation. The program begins with one week of dynamic team building and leadership training in Washington, D.C., followed by a four-week tailored fellowship placement in Washington, D.C., Detroit, or Pittsburgh.
