Mansoura University has announced its results in the 2026 QS World University Rankings, placing in the 1001–1200 global category and ranking fourth among Egyptian universities included in the ranking.
University President 𝗗𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 emphasized that this achievement reflects the university’s continued international advancement, driven by a comprehensive strategic plan. He highlighted ongoing efforts to enhance academic and research performance, improve education quality, increase research citations, and boost graduate employability. The university is also expanding global academic and research collaborations.
Dr. Khater noted the university’s focus on impactful research, especially in top-tier journals (Q1), increasing investment in applied research, and providing advanced research facilities and training. He also stressed aligning scientific research with national development priorities and strengthening international partnerships.
Vice President 𝗗𝗿. 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗸 𝗚𝗵𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗵 affirmed the university’s commitment to further improving education and research quality, supporting faculty development, and linking research to societal and industrial needs, contributing to Egypt’s sustainable development goals.
The QS ranking evaluates universities based on academic reputation, employer reputation, research quality, faculty-student ratio, international diversity, PhD holders, web impact, and international collaboration.
