Sanaa El-Sayed Wins the "Goldring" Award from the International Paleontological Society

Sanaa El-Sayed, Assistant Professor at the Department of Geology, Faculty of Science, Mansoura University, and a member of the Salam Lab team, has achieved a brilliant scientific accomplishment by winning the "Goldring" Award from the Geological Society, a prestigious award presented by the International Paleontological Society in recognition of her excellence in the field of vertebrate paleontology.

Sanaa has an impressive record of research achievements, as she has participated in more than 13 international research papers published in the most prestigious scientific journals, the most prominent of which is the Geology journal, which addressed the topic of ancient global warming that occurred about 56 million years ago, which is similar to what we are witnessing at the present time, as well as her participation in the discovery of the Mansoura Dinosaur in 2018.

Sanaa's achievements did not stop there, but she continued her scientific excellence by obtaining a scholarship to obtain a doctorate degree from the University of Michigan in the United States.
