Mansoura University ranks third locally and among the top 700 universities worldwide in the Shanghai Ranking 2025

Mansoura University President, Prof. Sherif Khater, announced that the university has achieved a new academic milestone in the 2025 Shanghai Ranking (ARWU), placing third in Egypt and in the 601–700 category worldwide, maintaining its spot among the world’s top universities for the eighth consecutive year.

He emphasized that this reflects the university’s successful development strategy, alignment with international standards, and contribution to Egypt’s Vision 2030. The achievement is the result of collective efforts by faculty, researchers, staff, and students, highlighting strong research output, quality publications, and international partnerships.

Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Tarek Ghalwash, noted that maintaining such a ranking demonstrates the university’s commitment to fostering advanced research and enhancing global academic reputation. Despite not yet having Nobel laureates, Mansoura continues to secure its place among the world’s best, proving its competitiveness in research and innovation.
