Applicants are welcome to apply for the Taiwan International Graduate Scholarship for the academic year 2024. The Taiwan International Graduate Scholarship 2024-25 in Taiwan is offered for international Ph.D. applicants. International students from all over the world are eligible to apply for the fully funded scholarship in Taiwan. Academia Sinica organizes the program in association with Taiwan’s national research universities. The 2024 TIGP scholarship is offered in English. There is no requirement for an application fee for the TIGP 2024 application. The scholarship is for PhD programs, but if you have completed your bachelor’s degrees, then you can still directly apply for the TIGP PhD scholarship. In this situation, the students will be first admitted to the master’s degree program & then the advanced PhD program.
A wide range of fields and majors are offered for research by Academia Sinica to undertake postgraduate degree programs. The Taiwan International Graduate Scholarship 2024 offers thirteen sub-programs. All the applicants can apply for only ONE TIGP scholarship program. The Taiwan International Graduate Scholarship 2024-25 for International Students provides an English and advanced research-orientated environment for educating the young and top academic talents from abroad. English language proficiency is required, but you are exempted from the test if you belong to a country where the official language is English or if a previous degree was obtained from a university where the primary language was English.
The TIGP 2024 scholarship will cover a part of the applicants’applicants’ expenses. 100 fully funded scholarships for international students will be available for everyone under the TIGP Scholarship 2024. Eligibility Criteria for the Taiwan International Graduate Scholarship 2024:
- Applicants from all around the world can apply except China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
- Applicants must have a bachelor’s and master’s degree (if applicable).
- Applicants must submit English language proficiency test scores, exemption for applicants who graduated from universities where the medium of instruction is English or for those who are from English-speaking countries.
- Applicants must meet the program requirements in which they are applying.
