The membership of the Committee shall:
1- Applicant should be among the faculty members of the university (professor - assistant professor - lecture).
2- Applicant should not hold an administrative position.
3- Applicant shall not have been subject to any disciplinary sanctions affecting on the scientific honesty or honor and consideration.
