Here are the three distinguished Chevening opportunities:
1. Chevening Clore Leadership Fellowship
Focus: Tailored leadership development for mid‑career professionals in the cultural and creative sectors. Participants engage in workshops, two residential leadership courses, and a 4–6 week secondment at a UK cultural institution, with a bespoke learning plan.
Eligibility:

Citizen and resident of an eligible Chevening country (e.g. Egypt)

Bachelor’s degree equivalent to UK second-class honours (2:2 or above) or equivalent professional experience

A minimum of five years’ work experience by end‑2023/2024 (

Must intend to return to home country at the fellowship’s end and not hold dual British citizenship, nor have close ties to UK government institutions.

2. Chevening OCIS Fellowship (Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies)
Focus: Five-month self-directed research fellowship at OCIS in Oxford, concentrating on the culture, civilization, and contemporary issues in the Islamic world. Fellows reside in Oxford and engage with multidisciplinary scholars.
Eligibility:

Focus: One-year fully funded master’s degree at any UK university, covering tuition, living stipend, return flights, visa allowances, and participation in events.

At least two years of post‑graduation work experience (approximately 2,800 hours)
