MobiDoc 2024-2025: An Opportunity for PhD Students in Sustainable Urban Mobility Research

The Network of Institutions for Sustainable Urban Mobility (RéMUD) has launched the doctoral support program “MobiDoc” for the 2024-2025 academic year. This initiative aims to support PhD students enrolled in African universities conducting research on sustainable urban mobility in cities across the Global South. (auf.org)

Program Highlights:

  • Monthly Remote Support: Over six months, participants will engage in monthly webinars with fellow PhD students, faculty, researchers, and experts from RéMUD.
  • International Mobility: Participants will have the opportunity to spend several weeks in a research lab specializing in urban mobility, located in France, Morocco, or Senegal.

Objectives:

The program is designed to help doctoral students advance specific research goals defined at the start of the program and to foster collaborations with institutions outside their home university.
