1- Introducing all types of delegation, its programs, and the required specializations among Mansoura University employees, by organizing periodic meetings and workshops.
2- Providing all the necessary information and expertise to the students through the office's website.
3- Overcoming the obstacles facing the delegates before traveling during the study period and upon their return to the homeland.
4- Integrating the returnees from abroad by presenting them to the distinguished research centers at the university, while informing them of the mechanisms for obtaining the necessary funding from local and international bodies.
5- Working on digitizing the General Administration of Cultural Relations in line with the university's digital transformation policy, by activating the cultural relations program.
