A new achievement for Mansoura University in the Shanghai International Ranking."

Mansoura University has deservedly managed to be among the top 500 global universities in 16 academic disciplines according to the "Shanghai Global Ranking of Academic Subjects 2023." The university obtained the following positions:

  1. Sole representative in Egypt in the following two disciplines:
    • Atmospheric Science in the (301-400) global ranke.
    • Water Resources in the (151-300) global ranke.
  2. Ranked first locally in the following disciplines, with the global ranking specified:
    • Clinical Medicine ranked (301-400).
    • Veterinary Medicine ranked (51-75).
    • Dentistry and Oral Sciences ranked (201-300).
    • Civil Engineering ranked (151-200).
  3. Ranked second in Egypt in the following disciplines:
    • Mathematics ranked (151-200) globally.
    • Public Health ranked (201-300) globally.
    • Mechanical Engineering ranked (201-300) globally.
    • Electrical and Electronic Engineering ranked (401-500) globally.
    • Instruments Science & Technology ranked (201-300) globally.
    • Computer Science & Engineering ranked (301-400) globally.
    • Food Science & Technology ranked (201-300) globally.
  4. Ranked third in Egypt in the following two disciplines:
    • Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences ranked (151-200) globally.
    • Biotechnology ranked (401-500) globally.

Additionally, Mansoura University ranked in the field of Agricultural Sciences (76-100) globally, and ranked fifth locally.
