Under the Auspices of Prof. Cherif Khater, the President of Mansoura University, and Prof. Ashraf Hafez, the Vice-President of Graduate Studies and Academic Research ،within the framework of the agreement between Mansoura University and the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development, Mansoura University participated in the training program "Digital Transformation & Good Governance" from January 16th to January 24th, 2023 in Hertie University in Berlin, Germany.
The program dealt with good governance policies and governance mechanisms, how to apply good governance, which is mainly based on the principles of transparency, integrity, accountability and participation. It also tackled the experiences of many countries, including Germany in particular. The program also included a field visit to the German Parliament and other government agencies.
