Under the patronage of Prof. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, and Prof. Ashraf Tarek Hafez, Vice President of Post Graduate Studies and Research Sector, with the guidance of Prof. Mohamed Abdelazim Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Prof. Sherif El-Badawy vice dean of postgraduate studies and research, the faculty of engineering organizes an interactive symposium on “New Vision for Water and Climate in Egypt”, on Wednesday, 15th March 2023, at 10:00 am, at Magdy-Abo-Rayan’s Hall, at the Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University.
The main aims are to discuss the challenges and opportunities in achieving a new paradigm for water and climate, and getting the water-related sustainable development goals (SDGs) back on track with critical questions;
What are the inspiring breakthroughs and success stories that are showing results and impacts?
What are the good practices that can be replicated and scaled up?
What are the gaps and challenges and how should we address them?
Looking ahead, what steps should we take to accelerate progress?
