Capacity building in the field of Vocational Education and Training (CB VET)

The CB VET action supports international cooperation projects based on multilateral partnerships between organisations active in the field of VET. Its aim is to support the relevance, accessibility, and responsiveness of VET institutions and systems as a driver of sustainable socio-economic development.

Key Highlights of the 2025 Call:

1. Regional Focus: Applicants must submit proposals under the specific topic ID corresponding to their project's region. For the South Mediterranean Countries, the relevant topic ID is ERASMUS-EDU-2025-CB-VET-SMC.

2. Emphasis on Regional Priorities: Projects are required to explicitly reference pertinent policy documents for their region, such as the Torino Process country reports, to ensure alignment with regional development goals.

3. Refined Award Criteria: The evaluation criteria have been updated to underscore the importance of:

   • Comprehensive needs analysis.
   • Clear quantitative and qualitative indicators within the work plan.
   • A balanced budget distribution among all partners.
   • Active involvement of partners from third countries not associated with the Programme.
   • Defined impact indicators.
