Enpact is pleased to announce the opening of the ETENA Ideation Fellowship for Cohort 2, inviting innovative teams across Egypt to submit their digital ideas in the tourism domain. Through this initiative, selected teams will receive structured support to develop and refine their concepts toward tangible impact in the tourism ecosystem.
About the ETENA Ideation Fellowship
The ETENA (Empowering Tourism Ecosystems in North Africa) programme builds a pathway for tourism innovation through four phases: Ideation, Pre-incubation, Incubation, and Regional Acceleration. The Ideation Fellowship serves as the entry point, where 25 teams will be selected to join a competitive “Idea Marathon” to crystallize their concepts for tourism-focused digital solutions.
Teams that demonstrate promise will move on to the Pre-incubation stage, where 12 will be supported to develop prototypes, culminating in a smaller group advancing to the six-month Incubator. In the incubator phase, each startup will receive €500 per month in financial support, access to workspaces, mentoring, and specialized training.
This Fellowship is backed by enpact and the TUI Care Foundation, aiming to foster sustainable and inclusive digital tourism solutions across Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco.
